What is the World Cultural Forum?
The aim of this international forum is to provide a platform for people
renowned for their artistic and cultural achievements from different parts
of the world to exchange information and views on the latest cultural issues,
and thus to strengthen Japan's image as a nexus for world cultures.As a main event of "Power of Culture from
Kansai" ("Power of Culture" Projects).
World Cultural Forum is a core event in the "Power of Culture
from Kansai"("Power of Culture" Projects).
Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan is promoting a nationwide "Power of Culture" program for which the Kansai regions have been selected.More information
